A Growth-Quest is an inner-journey of mind, body, and soul. This holistic container for Growth facilitates deep self-discovery, authentic healing, and gentle space for lasting, energetic alignment to who you really are and what you are meant to be doing in this life. This package encompasses 90 days. During this time, you are entitled to 3 comprehensive 90-120 minute sessions of any combination of Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and Somatics you desire. During the 90 days, you will be consistently supported with Telegram (voice note and texting) for help integrating and to meet you where you are in the moment.
