Whether you feel disconnected from your body as a result of trauma, injury, busyness, or perhaps have never connected to your body in the first place, disconnection can feel like​ burn out, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and a feeling of "not knowing who I am anymore".

​And luckily, it can even guide you back into authentic reconnection with it, but first you must learn how to feel, hear, and trust your body. ​

The way we reconnect to our bodies is NOT with hard-work or shame, but with compassion, love, safety and fun.
