We use the natural setting to not only chat, but to help you regulate your nervous system, ground yourself, and get unstuck using nature, movement, and mindfulness.

Each session is 2 hours long, with Dr. Katie's guidance for 90 minutes, and 20-30 minutes of alone-time for you to reflect on your own (you decide if you take this at the beginning, middle or end of the walk). ​​
