What's the best recipe to regulate your nervous system, ground yourself, and get unstuck? Nature, movement, and mindfulness. We combine them all in this 90 minute Walk-n-Talk Quick-Quest coaching session. 

You will leave a Walk-n-Talk Quick-Quest feeling energized, aligned, and with self-assured confidence to move forward on your journey. 

In this interactive session, perfect for those prefer movement over boring video calls, we meet in person for a tree-lined stroll and deep chat in one of our fabulous nature preserves.

Studies show we all think better on our feet. Thanks to the simple act of physically moving forward, we can navigate even the trickiest situations. We'll get your body moving to stimulate your feel-good chemicals of dopamine and serotonin, discharge stuck emotions through embodied practices, and allow yourself to mindfully process any parts of you that are currently feeling stuck. (And if we're lucky we'll see alligators :)! )

​We use info from your Free Discovery call and a GrowthQuests Kit to guide us, and like all sessions with Dr. Katie-- you will get DEEP "soul-scavenger hunt" questions, embodied practices, and validation that even when you are stuck, the journey is worth it.

You are invited to continue the conversation with Dr. Katie over email/Telegram for another four weeks to ask questions, share your revelations and celebrate your epiphanies. Most clients choose to book more than one Walk-n-Talk to keep their momentum going.
