10 years later: Reintroducing GrowthQuests

10 years ago this month I created "GrowthQuests".
Then I went on to have the most tumultuous ten years of my life! (More on that below!
But my motto: "Let Yourself Unfold" has helped me through some of my own growing pains...
GrowthQuests was created as a safe space for you to GROW -- into the version of yourself you have always known you are -- but have yet to become. And honestly, the past ten years has been just as much of a journey of Growth for me!
But the other day, I got reflective as I was walking a client out to the elevator in my downtown St. Petersburg office... I realized that it was GrowthQuests10 year anniversary and I stopped with tears in my eyes and said to myself, "I am really proud of you Katie for never giving up..." (because as any business owner will tell you: there are days you want to throw it all away!)
I first want to introduce some of the new things you will find at GrowthQuests ten years later... then I will share how I got there in a personal share below... :)

Introducing New Quests
The best part of being in the field of Growth and Transformation is being able to GROW and Transform when you need to as well... My personal experiences, my client's feedback, and the changing culture we live in have changed my work this year. My overall goal is still to holistically weave your mind, body, and Soul into little "Growth-Quests" for you, but I added a missing ingredient this year: The Earth...
Inner-Quests: These are my most familiar one-on-one sessions done in the clininc or online, but they are now 2 hours long (hypno 2.5 hours) and can be combined to help you reconnect/heal/explore your mind (Coaching), body (Somatics), and Soul (Hypnotherapy).
Outer-Quests: These are new! These 2 hour one-on-one sessions are all done outdoors in the Tampa Bay area, that use the Earth and her wisdom to activate your mind (Walk-n-Talk Coaching), body (Rewilding), and Soul (Wild-Soul).
We-Quests: My workshops can still be accessed online and in-person and will continue in 2026 with new titles and hands-on embodiment experiences
Intensives: These are a 6-hour option (indoors and outdoords) to work with me instead of 2 hours. We craft an entire day around YOU and your Growth. Online and In-person options are available!
Packages and Mentorship: No more problems with me being fully booked when you book a pacakge-- you can book the dates you want immediately. I have decided to take on a small handful of mentees as well, which will be an ongoing monthly relationship for up to 9 months.

Looking Back: How I got here:
The past few years have been a whirlwind of change: from moving over 20 times (!!) to having two babies, losing loved ones, losing my home in a hurricane, and even perimenopause. But as you can imagine, each moment has added a layer to my own journey.
From child-free to 2 babies: Motherhood proved to be a harder transition that I anticipated. In fact, part of my early work in GrowthQuests was designed to help other mothers through this transition as well (hello, Mum-Quest!)... I feel more at home in my life as a mother recently, but the demands it has made on my physical, emotional, and mental health were so much that it pushed me to become an expert on how our nervous system and "animal body" transforms during this time-- and why we need to better understand that before we pathologize any feelings that are actually really normal for us to have as parents
From Hong Kong to the USA: I opened GrowthQuests in Hong Kong-- one of the best cities in the world. Then in 2021, I left my home of 8 years and moved to (of all places-- Dallas Texas). The culture shock was unreal. The adjustment was so hard on my family, we almost moved out of the USA and to New Zealand in 2022. But, we decided to give the US another chance and moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 2023. We felt extremely grateful to be in the lovely town of St. Pete, until we lost everything in 2 hurricanes in 2024.
Lots of loss and grief: 2024 (the year of the dragon) was the year that took without asking. We lost our brother-in-law, our dog Annie, a rental home we loved, and then a home we bought and renovated (and everything in it) to 2 hurricanes. Even after years of helping others with their grief, I was surprised how visceral it felt for me. I was in survival mode after we lost the home for nearly one year, and then my nervous system just collapsed. I allowed the collapse because I could tell that I had been holding it together for everyone else, but I had not fully allowed myself to grieve, be angry, and be as sad as my body really needed. It helped a lot to fully collapse for a bit (including not seeing clients for a few months) because it reconnected me to my Soul and showed me what I am meant to do with my life and work now...
Perimenopause changes you: Part of my collapse coincided with my perimenopausal symptoms becoming undeniable. Between the ages of 42-44 I ignored a lot of my symptoms because I thought they were related to the stress of moving, and losing the house-- but soon it was obvious that lack of sleep, exhaustion, brain-fog, poor self-talk, and emotional highs and lows were hormones doing their thang... I have shared my experience with a wonderful documentary crew in "Beyond the Pause" seen here. If you are between 35-45 definitely check it out and share!
But as you can imagine-- these challenges were merely the punctuations between some huge a-has, Soul-level downloads, deep healing, cnd life-altering emotional shifts that have changed me in ways I would not take back... and I want that perspective for you too!

Looking Ahead: Old clients: I want to see you again!
If you were a former client, I want to see you again! Update me on YOUR life... Let's get a Free Discovery call on the books to hear how you have been, and where you would like to go now...
