Inner-Quest Intensive

Service Description

An "Inner-Quest" explores the relationship between your mind, body, and soul, using tools that access entry-points in each (Mind=Coaching, Body=Somatics, Soul=Hypnotherapy). This is a 6 hour intensive that is devoted entirely to you. You will leave with more clarity, feeling deeply understood and supported on all levels of mind, body, and soul, with more self-compassion and sovereignty, and guided in the directions that are right for you. These sessions can be done IN-PERSON (St. Petersburg, FL) or ONLINE (Zoom video call). Online sessions will require a headset with a microphone, a quiet space (sofa/bed/chair), and video call capable on your computer. * All sessions are 6 hours in length, but please be mindful of having 6.5 hours allocated in your calendar when booking due to chit chat, tech issues, bathroom breaks, etc.*
