Coaching (Inner-Quest)
ONLINE or IN-PERSON "In-Clinic Inner-Quest" Coaching Session
Service Description
An "Inner-Quest" explores the relationship between your mind, body, and soul, using tools that access entry-points in each (Mind=Coaching, Body=Somatics, Soul=Hypnotherapy). (*This is NOT a Walk-N-Talk coaching session, please see "Outer-Quests" for that session). You will leave with more clarity, feeling deeply understood and supported on all levels, with more self-compassion and sovereignty, and guided in the directions that are right for you. These sessions can be done IN-PERSON (St. Petersburg, FL) or ONLINE (Zoom video call). It is 120 minutes (2 hours) long. Each "Inner-Quest" is customized to your needs, so Coaching sessions will be unique for each individual and are usually based around your initial Discovery video Call. Often clients enjoy booking a package (Mini Growth-Quest or Growth-Quest) to space their sessions out regularly, but several one-off sessions can be requested at your pace.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can only be made 48 hours prior to your session. CANCELLATIONS: You must provide 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged the full amount for your session.
