It's not always easy to reinvent yourself. Newness brings complex, conflicting emotions that can be confusing to navigate. Your excitement for a new role can tangle with anxiety, fear, and "impostor syndrome".

To move forward confidently it helps to have the guidance and support of a coach who can hold space for you to explore and express all parts of yourself during a transition. In a New Quest, as you courageously cross new thresholds, you will be compassionately challenged to confront your fears and reassess your beliefs of what is possible.

Not only will you engage in empowering conversations, but each Quest comes with a helpful map and personalized Growth Play activities -- which feel really intuitive and fun, but also allow you to safely access and express the deeper aspects of yourself through art, dance, embodied practices, writing, rituals, and playfulness.
